Reception

Our reception is staffed by Kathleen, Helen, Charlotte, Ashleigh, Lorraine, Diane, Sarah, Lucy, Julie and Leigh. They provide an important support for patients and in doing so may ask you questions about your health to ensure they direct you to the most appropriate clinician. All staff are very professional and are bound by confidentiality so no information you provide to them will go any further. Reception staff also deal with prescriptions, local pharmacy and general enquiries.

Pharmacy Team

Loni and Ruth are our practice pharmacists. They support the GPs answering medication queries and performing medication reviews. They are assisted by Emma (Pharmacy Technician) and Eleanor (Pre-reg Pharmacy Technician).

 

Advanced Physio Practitioner (APP)

Tara sees patients (age 16 and over only) at the Practice for a range of musculoskeletal issues such as sprains, strains, sports injuries, joint pain and stiffness, sore back/neck, arthritis and muscle, ligament, tendon or bone problems. She can offer advice, support and exercises and were necessary can refer patients on to physio and secondary care, as well as for further investigation including x-ray.
